Experienced a very bad situation with my car over the holidays that was not going to be easy to identify or fix. Brought my car into RPM expecting the worst. Rather than the throwing darts at the wall approach { Just start throwing money at it until hopefully its fixed } Brad, Dave and the team took the time to diagnose it, and understand the problem before coming to me with a suggested fix. This approach probably save me a lot of money in the long run. This was my first experience using RPM and will only use RPM in the future.
