I cannot say enough good things about RPM!!!!!! My first visit was a desperate emergency as I had spent thousands at another shop for repairs, and they had somehow disconnected my taillights in the process. But this other shop couldn't be bothered to even look at it for several weeks and my mom was in the hospital in the east coast and I had to leave immediately. I came to RPM and even tho they were slammed, Don, the service manager, came outside and looked at them immediately and fixed it in less than 2 or 3 minutes. For no charge. And this quality and level of service has never stopped. I've been coming here for years now. I currently live 3 hours away and have to drive down for service. Well worth it. They keep my ragtag assortment of vehicles in tip top shape. I love the fact that they have a machine shop attached (that does fine work also) which means my car gets fixed faster, better and with excellent precision. My favorite part is just entering the parking lot which is always filled with AMAZING cars!! Classic muscle cars, hotrod trucks etc. You know, the cars that make you melt!!!! People who own cars like that are very picky as to who works on them. Plus they are super nice and kind and respectful and honest!!!!!! And they are dog friendly too! My only complaint is they aren't located closer to me. If you want it done right the first time, RPM is the spot!!! Seriously, I just LOVE the entire staff here. I still can't believe I lucked into finding this place!!!! These guys are amazing beyond words :)
