Not enough can be said for the upstanding quality RPM provides. They conduct their business with the utmost respect and always have the customers best interest in mind. I have lived in Rohnert Park/Santa Rosa since 2005 and once I found RPM nobody else has touched any of my vehicles. My 2010 Subaru I purchased new off the lot that is still under warranty doesn't even go to the dealership :)I normally deal with Don but everyone at RPM is a class act and very knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the car service and the personal nature of the staff. Highly recommend!

Great group of guys that work here. The place has been around and expanded for nearly 30 years! If you go in, ask for Brad. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and isn't trying to sell you on something you don't need. They do a full inspection on your vehicle and will make recommendations on what you may need. Oh, and they wash your vehicle!-Brandon

Real helpful if you are dealing with a modified high performance vehicle. They really know their stuff, and can really tune in a lot more horsepower on their dyno. And they back up the work quite nicely!

Just got back from RPM and had to give these guys a shout out for their kindness towards my paranoid worries.I bought my first car (used) from a dealer in Sacramento about 2 weeks ago. Only a few days ago I noticed the brakes making some noises and with a move to Sacramento coming in less than a week, I decided to stop by due to the two high reviews here on Yelp. I feel like I have to do my part to continue their 5 star rating. Now I wasn't sure what I was walking into here - whether they wanted appointments or not. I didn't though, I just showed up and asked them to check out the brakes. All the guys were out on their lunch breaks but the man behind the counter said he'd get it up on the lift to check it out for me anyways and if there were problems we'd make an appointment. Great!Five minutes later he invites me into the shop to show me the problem. As it turns out, the dealer used some creative, but sufficient methods to comply with state laws that require dealers to know the quality of the brakes for cars they sell; their solution was to sandpaper the rotors (?) and replace the brake pads. He takes me under the car to show the irregular scratches from the sandpaper and explains I'm fine and that the new pads were just getting acquainted, phew! "What do I owe you for this courtesy, fine sir?" Oh nothing? Even better!

Sorry about that - his name is Don, at RPM.

Had work done on my old Mustang about 6 years ago. Their jobs have always held up. They have always fixed what was wrong. They are honest and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

These folks are great! Professional service at a reasonable price. Took my Honda CR-V in because the brakes were squeaking (figured it was the wear indicator) but it turned out the brakes were fine. They conducted a thorough check of the car and found another small problem which we arranged to have fixed a couple of days later. Shuttle service back to my house on the first day; they gave me a loaner the next time I was in. As long as I'm living in this area I have no plans to take my Honda anywhere else.
