Was very impressed by Brad and his crew. Im someone who does most repairs myself so I can be very picky on who works on our car. This happened to be a time consuming repair of a harmonic balancer on a 07 corvette, he took the time to go thru what had to be done and used high quality parts. Also replaced rotors and pads on the front as when they were pulled off a pad was coming apart. Will go back to them. The work was done in a timely manner.

Even though I live 7 hours away from RPM, they were able to give me an appointment that worked with my travel schedule. They then diagnosed my stranded cars issue and helped me make the best decision based on the information at hand. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend them for any of your cars engine issues. Every employee I encountered was incredibly nice and helpful.

Brad, his staff and mechanics can be counted on to deliver. They have been thorough in keeping my wife's LOW mileage 2004 PT Cruiser as our dependable main car. The guys over at RPM were thorough and efficient with my tire alignment and oil change. I was back in my car by the time they said I would be. They were recommended by Costco for tire alignment services, but I will stick with them going forward with for car service needs.

I took my 2012 Honda Civic in to have the front end checked out. Super quick appointment, gave me a ride back home, checked everything out, excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Experienced a very bad situation with my car over the holidays that was not going to be easy to identify or fix. Brought my car into RPM expecting the worst. Rather than the throwing darts at the wall approach { Just start throwing money at it until hopefully its fixed } Brad, Dave and the team took the time to diagnose it, and understand the problem before coming to me with a suggested fix. This approach probably save me a lot of money in the long run. This was my first experience using RPM and will only use RPM in the future.
